A young boy named Gon Freecs lives on a small island wants to find his father whom is a famous person and an amazing hunter. In order to do that, he must take hunter exam to become a great hunter just like his father together with 3 special person, Kurapica, Leorio, and Killua. During this exam there are more to become a hunter and challenge that he must face. The series created in 1999 and has 62 episodes, and 3 type series of OVA (first series created in 2002 and has 8 episodes, second series created in 2003 and has 8 episodes, third series created in 2004 and has 14 episodes).
