Hand Maid May

Saotome Kazuya is a computer expert, one day his friend Nanbara, threatens him with a computer virus. Trying to stop the virus, Kazuya ends up making a special order. One day, May who is a cyberdoll that arrives at his door a few minutes later and she is 1/6th the size of a normal person, which makes for many awkward situations. Not to mention the fact Kazuya can't even afford to keep May. Cyberdyne is not satisfied with Kazuya's non-payments and will do anything to retrieve Cyberdoll May. Princess Be Careful / Hime-sama Goyojin

Himeko Tsubaki is a xenophobic schoolgirl in a tennis club who, thanks to a couple of bumbling foreign thieves, accidentally comes into the possession of a magic crown that turns her into a princess. Unfortunately, this crown makes her a target for the thieves, a nonsense-speaking little foreign girl, a cat-obsessed cult, a love-struck assassin, a bomb-happy little foreign prince - and even a pink cat king from another world. The series created in 2006 and has 12 episodes. It is funny and recommended for teens to watch.

This anime created by Rumiko Takahashi (creator of Ranma 1/2, Urusai Yatsura), it is about a young lad named Godai Yusaku who is failed with University entrance exam living in a run down apartment house called Maison Ikkoku. Among the other residents are the nosy Ichinose Kentaro, the sexy Roppongi Akemi , and the mysterious Yotsuya. The others are given to having wild parties which makes it difficult for Godai to study. Into this mayhem comes the recently widowed Otonashi Kyoko as the new live-in manager. Godai fall in love with her, but doesn't have the nerve to tell her. As time passes, their relationship slowly develops at Maison Ikkoku, despite all sorts of romantic hurdles.
